1.Mr. S.Chandrasekar

The trainer Mr. S.Chandrasekar, aged 40, is a resident of Chennai. He has a post graduation in Science and Business Administration. His total experience is around 18 years, of which relevant experience is 12 years. He has worked in (Domestic & MNC) different organizations in IT, BPO, Construction, Non-banking, Education & Training sectors. He has trained many of his associates and subordinates in the past. Being a lecturer, writer and orator, he has authored many articles on corporate management, HRM, education and personality development (Published articles attached). He is a regular contributor to various blogs and HR forums. He has been a visiting faculty at School of Business, Thanjavur and a HR consultant to various companies. He was a faculty for SAP–HR for some time.

2.Mr.Nizamuddin

Mr Nizamuddin from Chennai being a Masters in Business Administration having graduated from Maharishi University of Management, USA, is one of the diversely experienced Human Resource executive who has been trained and has hands on HR operations involving varied domains. He had always been a dedicated individual focussing on the growth of the companies he has worked for and has mentored and facilitated employees on their requisites and satisfaction. With his strategic thinking, he quickly finds ways to implement and materialise policies & guidelines. Dev an Economics Honours Graduate with a PG in Management is in his early 40’s. Currently freelancing in Training & Recruitment space based out of Chennai.He brings to the table more than a decade of core hiring exposure. Obvious reasons, passion and the zeal to enhance the learning curve would have laid the foundation. Then, onwards it was a migration from one area of hiring practices to another spread over varied sectors and territories. No sooner landed on the bandwagon of Exclusive Search Consultants with clientele, mandates, research and execution were of a special breed to talk about. In a nutshell, this is where he truly exposed himself to the footfalls of the Global Recruiting Industry.

After that, it was career progression with the Big brothers of the industry. He scaled up from being an ‘Associate’ to ‘Consultant’, wherein he headed practices across verticals. His knowledge persuaded him to substantiate his skills also in Temp Staffing business for both IT & Non-IT industry segment. This gave an impetus to his leadership skills and capability to handle large operations.He is also engaged as Guest Faculty with a few B-School’s imparting knowledge in “Business Communication” & “Modern Management”, also delivers a powerful Soft Skills Training thereby connecting “Education to Employment”. Companies that Sukanya has worked with are Adecco India, Teamlease India & IBM India. She is an accomplished Sales / IT recruitment professional, has worked in extremely challenging environment with high degree of mission success, meeting critical deadlines. Passion for training and making a difference to people around made Sukanya involve in a fulltime training profession. Helping individuals realize their potential and making learning fun are Sukanya’s key focus areas in training. She is known to bring the training sessions alive with passion. Being a very creative person, Sukanya likes to try out different methods in her training sessions, helping participants interact with the content. It is her endeavor to involve every participant in the process of enquiry which helps in discovery based learning. She connects with her audiences and constantly urges a two way communication in her interactions.
